A teenager motorcyclists got caught on CCTV slowly setting up the scene. First responders found him in the street with his motorcycle on top of him. The police, ambulance and firefighters were on the scene and they closed the road to treat him and take him to the hospital.
The CCTV footage shows the teenager slowly rolls his motorcycle into the street and getting underneath it.
The nameless teenager was confronted with the CCTV evidence and he admitted to faking the crash
