Mariners Use Retro Ken Griffey Jr. Video Game Intros for Starting Lineup

Shout out to the Mariners' marketing team because this past weekend the Mariners announced their starting lineup using the pixelated mode of Ken Griffey Jr. Presents Major League Baseball for the Super Nintendo.

It's cool to see the Mariners not only pay homage to one of baseball's most famous players but also recognize that Nintendo is based in Western Washington and that they could easily connect with each other.
