A man in Georgia who lost his job because he accidentally "butt-dialed" his boss when he was talking smack about him is suing his former boss for listening in on the conversation!!
Not liking what he had heard, the boss gave his employee the option of either resigning or be fired. The employee then sued his boss because the boss knew heād been "butt-dialed," but continued to listen to the conversation which violated his privacy.
In Washington the boss listening in would be illegal and the employee would have the right to sue; however, that's not the same case in Georgia!!
