There was a jail break last night. Just a little after 7pm, an estimated 12 inmates escaped from the Yakima County Jail. Someone driving by outside the jail caught some of the escape on their cell phone.
The Sheriff’s Office was able to recapture 6 of the inmates. Another 6 are still on the run.
The department of corrections says the six inmates still being sought are:
Hugo Alejandro Amezcue-Hernandez
Fernando Gustavo Castenada-Sandoval
Miguel Angel Chavez-Amezcua
Tyrone Adam Mulvaney
Neftali Serrano
Andrew Derrick Wolfley
The inmates were last seen wearing green shirts with "YCDOC" on the back and black pants. They might be barefoot or wearing orange sandals, police said.
