Police in Missouri are looking for whoever is responsible for dumping a fake dead body on the side of the road. They responded to several calls of a possible dead body, only to find out that it was just a bunch old clothes wrapped up in plastic bags with some work boots sticking out of the bottom. CLEARLY intentionally made to look like it was a dead body.
“Upon these findings, officials immediately confirmed that it was not a human body but was rather a disturbing and unnecessary prank,” the post said.
Police are not laughing and are instead looking for who is responsible.
“We are asking that if anyone has any information pertaining to this incident, please contact the Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office at (573) 238-2633,” the post said.
Bollinger County is about 120 miles south of St. Louis.
