Richard Hart and Dan Hartsough own Harts Services in Tacoma- they are an essential business and are still doing about 100 repairs a week (so that equals about 100 rolls of toilet paper handed out a week)
They came up with idea partially because onecustomer was flushing pieces of a t-shirt since they ran out of t.p.
While fixing pipes and repairing plumbing , they are also offering to run errands for customers who don't feel safe leaving their homes.
