Today's Clown of the Sound goes to a 36 year old woman named Seroni in Ohio who repeatedly called 911 after her parents cut her off their cell phone plan! She was calling so much an officer had to call her back to tell her not to call 911 unless it was a "legitimate issue".. hours later Seroni called again. She was arrested and argued that it WAS a legitimate issue. LMAO! Check out her crazy ass mug shot though!!
