Today's Clown of the Sound goes to 38 year old Juliette Parker in Spanaway for posing as a photographer in an attempt to kidnap a woman's baby. Juliette connected with her alleged victim through a Facebook post on a newborn baby group where she was posing as a photographer offering free photos to build her portfolio. She visited the mother's home twice to snap photos of the baby and the third time brought her 16 year old daughter who gave their victim a drugged cupcake. When the alleged victim started to feel drowsy she asked juliette and her daughter to leave. After going to the hospital and realizing she had been drugged she then filed a police report. Other mothers have since come forward with stories of their own about this same woman who goes by "Juliette Parker", "Juliette Noel", and "Juliette Gains".
Juliette is being held on suspicion of attempted kidnapping and assault along its her daughter.
