Today's Clown of the Sound goes to 38 year old Dustin Shomer of Tempe, Arizona for tagging MORE THAN 40 times.."PENIS MAN" all over town. Walls, dumpsters, street signs, you name it, penis man tagged it. Dustin claimed on social media the tagging was part of a protest against a corrupt local government..he also sprouted many copycat penis men. lmao! Police were kind of overlooking the tagging until an 'A' landmark was targeted and tagged, and that's when they had enough! Dustin was caught and arrested and booked into the Tempe City Jail on 16 counts of aggravated criminal damage, 8 counts of criminal damage and one count of criminal trespassing in the first degree.
