These men actually GLUED the winning numbers to their lotto ticket and tried to turn it in for a winning prize of $100,000. Problem is, they were caught LMAO! The two men were arrested and are being held on a total bond amount of about $70k. Both men were charged with conspiracy to commit a felony and presenting a forged document over $1,000. Latham was additionally charged with providing false ID information.
