Today’s Clown of the Sound goes to the 34 year old man in Mt. Vernon who helped himself to a dead man’s car AND money for 10 days! He found this 70 year old man deceased in his car port, and instead of calling for help, he decided to ransack the deceased man’s home, stole his car, laptop, cell phone, and ran up to $10,000 in fraudulent charges! The family of the deceased man call his cell phone looking for their family member, and the man who stole it actually answered it! He was tracked down by police, arrested, and is being investigated for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, first degree identity theft, first degree theft, possession of stolen property, motor vehicle theft and residential burglary.
