Today's Clown Of The Sound Award goes to a man in Florida who called 911 repeatedly to tell them his roommate stole his weed... So, weed is still illegal in Florida so he is pretty much busting himself out and after calling so many times the deputy had to tell him to STOP calling 911 for non emergency situations. Looks like his roommate only stole $20 worth of weed from him as well which is even more dumb to complain about. This guy is a whole CLOWN! SMH
