Officer Melissa Carey was eating lunch at Nikkis family restaurant on Tuesday in Virginia when a waitress frantically went to her table asking for help. There was a two week old baby who was asleep and her mother noticed the baby was choking and had stopped breathing. Officer Carey immediately jumped into action and began first aid on the baby..she was able to revive the baby who began breathing again in her arms..she stopped by the hopital later in the day to check on the baby and the family and all are doing well! Thank god Officer Carey was having lunch there..right place right time!
