Snoop Dogg is voting for the first time ever this year and he wants to make sure all of his fans vote too! He's teamed up with two voting advocacy groups, Rock the Vote and 1 Vote Closer, also social justice initiative OneOpp for an online voter registration drive called #votewithsnoop! Snoop said previously in an interview in June the way that the system is set up he wasn't even aware that he was eligible to vote, given his past history but his record is now expunged so he's definitely going to be out getting his vote on in this upcoming election.
He said with the way the world is going right now, we need to make an immediate change and we can't sit back and do nothing saying "I'm gonna use my voice and influence to let people know that the only option is to get out and vote."
