Yesterday I told you guys about a woman who filed a $10 million dollar lawsuit against Usher. Although she didn't know if she had the herpes virus or not, she was still moving forward with suing him JUST for having sex with her knowing that he had the virus.
Welp, she got tested, the results are in, SHE HAS HERPES TOO! Because she's tested positive, she's now upped her money demands from $10 million to $20 MILLION!
The woman, who TMZ claims to be named "Jane Doe" in her suit, is suing for negligence, battery, and emotional distress...maybe more now that she's tested positive.
