After rumors began to spread about Usher giving a woman herpes and paying her $1 million dollars to keep quiet, ANOTHER woman has come forward claiming to have also had relations with the singer and is also suing for $10 MILLION for negligence, battery, and emotional distress.
According to Balleralert.com, in the suit, filed by a Jane Doe, the plaintiff says she had no idea Usher had herpes when she was engaging in sexual acts with him earlier this year. On April 16, the woman says she and Usher fooled around at her home. She recalls them engaging in acts of heavy petting, some kissing, oral sex and eventually intercourse with a condom. Twelve days later she met up with the married R&B star in New Orleans and they had sex once again. However, this time they did not use a condom.
So far, Usher has not made any public statements regarding these recent rumors as to whether or not he paid off a woman after infecting her with the herpes virus, or that this "woman" was his first wife's bridesmaid. He also has since turned off all comments on his social media.
