FBI Asks Astroworld Attendees to Send them Pictures and Videos

Travis Scott may have made headlines this weekend for telling Kanye West where their daughters' joint birthday parties were being held - he's still very much on the hook when it comes to the events of Astroworld 2021 in Houston, TX.

Though it feels like an eternity, it has barely been two months since the Astroworld tragedy happened in the NRG One Field space in Houston; the former location of the Astroworld theme park. With COVID-19 ruining any chance there was at an Astroworld happening in 2020; rapper Travis Scott doubled up on performers and made the third annual festival a two-day event for the first time.

Unfortunately, the events that occurred on the first night, November 6th, led to ten fans losing their live after a crowd surge during Scott's set.

There have been multiple angles and view points of the congested crowd from hundreds to thousands of fans on the social media apps TikTok and Instagram.

The stage of the festival was just taken down a few weeks ago at the site of the event, to allow for investigation.

Since the tragedy, Scott as well as multiple other names along with rapper Drake, show promoters LiveNation, Scoremore and even publicists have been named in a barrage of lawsuits. The total was building towards the sum of $10 Billion at one point. And since then, Scott's attorneys have filed a motion to be dismissed of any wrongdoing or liability in this case.

In terms of criminal investigation, Houston Police Department has not charged anyone with criminal wrongdoing.

Now, HPD is asking for the help of attendees to send their footage in - to get a clearer picture of the unfortunate crowd mass that led to the tragic events that night.

Below is a screen grab of what they are asking fans for.

If you would like to submit anything to the FBI, the link is here.

Early December, Scott sat down with our very own Charlamagne tha God for his very first public interview since the tragedy of the Astroworld Music Festival 2021. Though he addressed the majority of concerns that fans everywhere had - he has received more backlash for not "appearing genuine" when answering questions.
