Post Malone & Mark Wahlberg Fight In Trailer For 'Spenser Confidential'

Post Malone is coming to Netflix.

On Monday (January 20), the streaming service released the first trailer for its upcoming action film titled Spenser Confidential, starring Mark Wahlberg and Black Panther's Winston Duke.

For the action-packed mystery, Mark plays Boston detective Spenser who's on a mission to clear his name after being framed by a network of “dirty cops, drug cartels and some big politicians." He teams up with Winston's character to get the job done, in an effort to finish his initial investigation, which was what led to him being imprisoned.

In the trailer, Mark is first shown reading a book in the prison library before being approached by Post, who plays a fellow inmate. "What do you say, Spense?" the "Circles" rapper's character says. "How does it feel getting out?"

A group of inmates then surround Mark's character, saying they are going to give him "a little going away message." Seconds later, a brawl breaks out and Post's character ends up being thrown over a desk by detective Spenser.

The rapper also appears later in the trailer —once Spenser is free — as he issues the detective a warning: “You’re about to walk barefoot through the gates of hell.”

The Peter Berg-directed film marks Post's on-screen debut.

Spenser Confidential arrives on Netflix on March 6. Check out the trailer below.
