What Seattle's Waterfront Area Will Look Like After Viaduct Removal

Get ready for your commute through downtown Seattle to most likely be altered in the next few years because the Downtown Seattle Association just revealed what the waterfront area will look like after it removes the viaduct.

In the video you'll see that there are tons of trees, new properties, and better access to Elliott Bay that will hopefully help ease traffic issues. There are also plans for a renovation of Colman Dock and a new Seattle Aquarium pavilion.

The Downtown Seattle Association members will attend a program next week to discuss this plan, but you'll also see a concept drawing of a park in Pioneer Square and a redesigned KeyArena too
