Apple has just announced that they are collaborating with the American Council of the Blind, the Cerebral Palsy Foundation and the National Association of the Deaf, to create 13 new emojis that are inclusive of those with various disabilities!!
While Apple still has to propose the new emojis to the Unicode Emoji Subcommittee, the proposed emojis include: guide dogs, people with a probing cane, people in wheel chairs, and prosthetic ligaments

The Subcommittee's next meeting is slated for April 3-5 so these new emojis could be added by the end of April!!
