The East Coast is experiencing ANOTHER blizzard and while snow storms usually prevent most people from going outside, one man in Boston decided to dress up like Elsa from Frozen and celebrate the weather!
It turns out that his "bravery" to face the storm paid off because he got to help a police van get out of the snow and the whole thing was recorded from a group of people at the neighboring bar!
