It's 2018 and gone are the days of unicorn frappuccinos, and pretty much everything having a "unicorn" version," and we now have the first big food trend of 2018: the "CROSSUSHI!"
Pretty much it's a croissant filled with smoked salmon, wasabi, pickled ginger, and nori seaweed. It's all topped off with sesame seeds and served with soy sauce on the side.
If you wanted to make your own at home just check out the video below, but probably expect to have them not turn out that well the first couple of times!
