Get ready to pay a little extra in certain neighborhoods of Seattle because many neighborhoods are extending their paid parking hours (while some are lowering them!)
Most of these changes will go in effect over the next couple of weeks, but here are some of the parking rate changes you should be aware of:
- Ballard Core: Decrease AM parking, Increase PM parking
- Ballard Edge: Decrease AM parking, Extend hours to 8 p.m.
- Capitol Hill North, Capitol Hill South, and Pike-Pine area: Extend hours to 10 PM
- Fremont: Decrease AM parking
- Green Lake: Increase PM parking
- U District Core: Decrease AM parking
- Uptown: Decrease AM parking
